The PLANNING COMMISSION holds regular public hearings on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of each month in the Roseburg City Hall Council Chambers, 900 SE Douglas Avenue, Roseburg OR 97470 at 7:00 p.m. Agendas are final and available two Fridays before the meeting.
